With expansion into the Middle East Barry’s Bootcamp needed local payment processing which would connect with their management software and branded custom app.

Challenge : Connecting the local payment gateway Telr to the Mindbody software so that the 10,000 members in each club had immediate access after payment. This was further complicated by the high decline rate and subsequent transaction retry volumes.
Challenge : To deliver an online health committment statement which can also support an online video induction, and if required, payment for a membership or induction appointment. Once the form is completed the data is moved to the management software to allow the customer to access all the facility services.
